As you can see in our daily advertiser tweets, Giffgaff has recently advertised in The Sun.

Giffgaff say they believe in “a better deal for everyone” and “a better way to do mobile”. But so far this hasn’t extended to their advertising.

And Telefonica, which owns Giffgaff, state in their business principles:

“We believe in the importance of working with diverse teams, in order to reflect the reality of the communities we operate in and better anticipating their needs…We treat all people fairly and impartially, without prejudices related to race, colour, nationality, ethnic origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, age, disability or family responsibilities”

Their customer commitment also says that:

“Customers are and must be the centre of everything we do. This is why we endeavour to understand their opinions and needs and work to anticipate them, as well as to measure customer satisfaction.”

And they go on to say:

“We must always abide by a standard of trust, which constitutes the Telefónica Customer Promise: a firm commitment to act on the basis of transparency, simplicity and integrity.”

Let Giffgaff know it’s to #StartSpreadingLove.
